His entrepreneurial skill and inclination towards nature and sports like mountaineering, trekking etc. has given him a blend of bringing adventure and sports together for Alti Adventures. Munish’s area of interest includes understanding human behaviour. His expertise backed him to come up with a unique training program, specific to the behavioural aspects and team building along with the motivational sessions. Munish is involved in taking Experiential Learning workshops since 1998. A versatile person with a technical bent of mind, Munish is also an avid photographer and motivator.  Sandeep KalsiAn artist and graphics designer by education however a mountaineering instructor by profession. He has got 12 years of outdoor experience. A natural climber and as we call him “the demo man”. He knows the inns and outs of mountaineering. A certified mountaineer and a Freelance Graphic Designer. He’s got an artistic eye in everything he does. Loves being in touch with nature. |
 Umesh KaushikUmesh is not just an Instructor and a Trainer but also a Yoga instructor. He has an experience of 10 years in outdoor and Experiential Learning. A post Graduate in Tourism Management. He has participated in Aids Awareness program with NIS Sparta. He has worked as a trainee for RTDC (Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation). He likes to observe people and behaviors. Loves nature and lover to for long drives. |
 Amit SondAn adventurer, a nature lover and an optimist. He started with Alti Adventure at the age of 19 as a trainee in outdoor activities and is now an Instructor who looks after outdoor activities and the training part. Amateur Photographer, a potential trekker and a sports freak. Loves adventure, loves nature and overall loves what he does. Full of enthusiasm and always bears a smile.  Sumit Youngest of all yet brightest to shine. A student of BFA from College of Art, Delhi. He too started at a very young age as a trainee And now with his experience work’s as a support staff in adventure activities. Specializes in rock Climbing and rappelling and is technically responsible for the safety of climbers. He proves to be an important member of Alti Adventure. He always takes the initiative of planning a trip to the mountains in free time, a professional Photographer and someone who can get you busted if you litter around and spoil mother earth. |
 Om PrakashA member of Alti Adventure who is ever ready to take an initiative in exploring new places. He is working with Alti Adventure as a member of support staff in Outdoor activities. Responsible for the activity site, Manages the list of requirements for the activities and last but not the least is responsible for the successful completion of the activities.  Parul VargheseParul is a Learning & Organization Development professional with 12+ years of experience. In these years. Parul’s expertise lies in the Behavioral Skills Interventions for various levels of management. As a Learning & Development Manager, Parul has worked closely with businesses to understand the training needs/ gaps, providing solutions, developing specific content, managing training budgets; assisting employees with their Personal Development Plan. In her stint as a Consultant, Parul has worked on various projects for more then 18 organizations like Pepsico, Bharti Group, Reliance, ITC Hotels, RBS, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation; industries, which include – Telecom, FMCG, Finance, Hospitality, Delhi Government, Banking, BPO, NGOs and Pharmaceutical. Parul is a double Masters Degree holder with specializations in Banking & Insurance Management and Human Resource Management. Parul is a vivacious, flexible, sensitive & dynamic facilitator. Her passion lies in learning more about organizations & drivers for people behaviors within these organizations.
